Quality-of-Experience Modeling for adaptive Video Streaming in Mobile Networks
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The idea is to send video data using multipath technology, the first path is wifi and the second path is a base station using LTE technology by using Ns-3 simulation.
In the attached research paper, two scenarios were used:
In the first scenario, QAVS, CTRA, and DBAS algorithms were used, but the bandwidth changed rapidly and continuously.
In the second scenario, QAVS, CTRA, and DBAS algorithms are used, but the bandwidth changes slowly.
What is required is:
1- Re-implementation of these algorithms, but the recipient is mobile and not fixed, and compare the results with the research paper.
2- In the base station, we use 4G technology, 5G technology, and compare the results to note when using 5G technology, is there a need for multipath.
3- The data used should be the same data used in the research paper in order to compare the results with it.
