PlayTube Script Expert Needed: Configure BunnyCDN, Install LiveSmart

We are looking for an experienced PlayTube script technician who understands video streaming setup, CDN configuration, and performance optimization.

Our platform (TVOner.com) is already live using the PlayTube script. We need a professional to configure, organize, and optimize the site for speed, reliability, and performance.

This is primarily a setup and optimization project. No major coding is required.

Required Experience

PlayTube (latest version) – configuration, speed tuning, and admin setup

Bunny.net CDN (zones, storage, and playback setup)

FFMPEG optimization (quality versus speed presets)

LiveSmart Server Video installation and configuration (for internal use only)

iOS and Android app testing (PlayTube apps already configured)

General VPS hosting knowledge (UltaHost)

Tasks to Complete
1. Speed and Performance Optimization

Fix video playback delays on website and apps.

Ensure Bunny.net CDN is correctly serving all video content.

Adjust FFMPEG encoding presets for faster, smoother playback.

Confirm that thumbnails and previews load efficiently.

Improve search speed and overall indexing performance.

2. Channel and Navigation Setup

Update the top menu to include:
Home | Shows | Live | Africa | Europe | Asia | North America | South America | Middle East | Oceania | About | Contact

Each continent should link to a clean, lightweight page (or dropdown) listing country channels, for example:
TVOner South Africa, TVOner France, TVOner Brazil, etc.

Add one sample video and short text for each country channel.

Maintain responsive, mobile-friendly design.

3. Geo-Detection Prompt

Add a location-based message on the homepage:
“You’re in South Africa. Go to TVOner South Africa?”
[Yes] [Browse other regions]
The system should automatically detect the visitor’s country using IP lookup.

4. LiveSmart Integration

Install and connect LiveSmart Server Video for internal use (staff meetings and backstage streaming).

Configure rooms, recording, and user access permissions.

5. App Testing (iOS and Android)

Test video playback and advertisement display within both PlayTube apps.

Confirm that ads (pre-roll and mid-roll) run correctly.

Verify videos start within three seconds on both platforms.

6. Ad System Verification

Test the existing PlayTube ad system using sample ads.

Verify proper VAST tag playback, skipping, and resume functionality.

7. Backup Configuration

Set up a nightly backup (database and uploads index) via cron job.

Store all backups securely on Bunny Storage.

Confirm that restore and recovery processes function correctly.
