NYC Interactive Live Date Stream
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I’m running a proof-of-concept “live date” this Wednesday in Manhattan from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm and need a nimble videographer/producer who can shoulder the entire streaming workflow on YouTube. The idea is simple: two people meet, the audience watches in real time and steers parts of the conversation through the chat. Your mission is to keep the stream technically flawless and visually engaging so viewers feel as if they’re in the room with us.
Here’s what I need you to handle:
• A rock-solid, low-latency YouTube stream—including setting up the event in my channel dashboard, configuring the encoder, and monitoring health throughout.
• Clean intro and outro bumpers. I have basic graphics ready; you’ll cue them at the top and tail so the broadcast feels packaged rather than ad-hoc.
• Real-time engagement. While cameras roll, you’ll keep an eye on chat, surface worthwhile questions to the daters, and fire lower-thirds or on-screen prompts when audience interaction spikes.
• On-site production management. Bring a compact camera/audio kit you trust, route everything through a laptop or hardware switcher, and make sure levels stay balanced in a potentially noisy café environment.
No post-production is required—once we’re off-air the job is done. If you can deliver a stable HD feed, lively pacing, and smooth transitions without missing a beat, let’s talk and lock in the details.
