Livestreaming server setup

I want to have a streaming server with web embed option installed locally to ensure the video quality is good even in low bandwidth connections. Also need suggested setup for capturing multiple video inputs without the use of internet. OBS will be the broadcasting software for all these. Looking for consultants with a working solution.
