Fix OBS Black Screen & Layout

I’m livestreaming to TikTok from a desktop PC through OBS Studio and run into two equally pressing problems: the preview window stays completely black for viewers, and the on-screen layout (including an Instagram handle overlay) is messy and unbranded.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Diagnose and eliminate the constant black-screen issue so the TikTok Live feed actually shows my camera and sources every time I go live. This may involve checking capture settings, encoder options, permissions, or any RTMP/TikTok Live Studio quirks—whatever it takes to make the picture appear reliably.

• Once video is visible, build a clean, vertical-friendly scene collection that places my Instagram tag, chat box, and any other visual assets in a polished, balanced way. I want something that looks professional right out of the gate without sacrificing performance.
