Enable Forced Subtitles IPTV

I want every stream in my IPTV line-up to play with a pre-selected subtitle track automatically displayed—no manual toggle, no way for viewers to turn it off. The goal is a dependable “forced subtitles” feature that works across the usual IPTV environments.
