Build IPTV Player Apps (iOS & Android)

Looking for professionals in the field for this project to build IPTV Player apps for both iOS and Android.

The apps will be both free and subscription-based.

Main features required:
- Add playlists using URLs (.m3u or .m3u8), Xtream Credentials and Real debrid.
- Stream and record live channels, EPG, VODs, Movies
- Create multiple lists (and sub lists) for favourites channels/vods, movies lists for easy navigation.
- Only paid users have recording and multiple lists options
- Free version plays ads before streaming and then time-based intervals (have to be changeable, start with every 15 minutes) while streaming.
- Multiple languages for app navigation – English, Spanish, Deutsch, French, Italian, Nederlands, Portugues, Russian, Turkish, Vietnamese
- Airplay & Chromecast with PiP (Paid users)
- Appearance (light & dark versions with multiple colour schemes) (Paid users)

UX/Ui will be based upon the example apps, will discuss in details with the prospect developers about all screens and nitty-gritty stuff.

Before submitting your proposal:
- You must have experience working with similar streaming/video player apps and be aware of any 3rd party API(s) to make it work. Submit relevant examples of your work in your proposal.
- Original source code must go in this project and not some codecanyon or marketplace shit.
- You will not sell the apps or use for any other projects and must sign IP agreement to hand over full ownership to me.
- Ensure you read about the project beforehand and only ask me specific questions.
