10-15 second gif created from my video

I am looking for a freelancer to create a 10-15 second gif from a video with a duration of 7-15 minutes. The gif should be a preview of the video with parts of it censored with emojis or blurred. Very simple work, all that is required is pulling several 2 second clips from the video and creating a gif. The goal is to create a gif that will attract attention, show the highlights of the video and encourage video purchases. I currently make these gifs myself, with very minimal knowledge of GIF and video editing. It only takes me a few minutes to create these gifs, therefore I am looking to pay for multiple gifs for one price since the work is very simple. This will be an ongoing project, with 1-2 videos every 1-2 weeks for the span of several months.
