20-sec video ad for FB to drive traffic to website

I'm launching a new product in the moving home niche. I need a good video that gets real results via FB advertising. It needs to really drive traffic and set people up for conversion. There is only one competitor in the market, my product design is superior (according to users) and solves a real problem. The story to be told is quite straightforward.
If I could find someone here that can demonstrate how other brands have benefited from their videography that would be awesome.
Ideally, I'd like two similar versions (80% the same) that I can run an experiment with. I would also like this to be in a format suitable to be used on Amazon. I have a skeleton storyboard that I'm sure can be fine-tuned. As soon as all this rain stops we'll be ready for s shoot. It would need to take place outside and inside a house to replicate a couple moving home. There would be two people in the footage too. The video would also include some copy to highlight product features.
I have had some conversations with people who make corporate videos, but am looking for someone who focuses on product, quite possibly a freelancer given the solopreneur purse strings.
