We need someone to help set up a livestream of an alumni panel event -- 2

Hello! We are hosting a panel event at the Curzon Victoria on May 3rd. It is a panel of 6 women for about 1-2 hours, in a room that seats 50-70 people.

We are looking for someone to bring and camera and help manage the livestream on the day. The camera does not need to move -- it can just be set up. I can manage the Zoom -> YouTube integration but if someone can manage the actual equipment setup that would be perfect.
