I need person who can make educational video on content that i am providing. I need person to be intellectual to make someone understand the concept.

I am looking for someone to help create educational videos based on content I provide. This person needs to be very knowledgeable and able to clearly explain concepts to viewers. video will be between 5 to 10 minutes long and will require a voiceover to accompany the visuals. he should have pen tab at him, so I would like to work with someone who can meet this creative requirement.
