I need a content creator -- 2

I have multiple youtube channels with various contents from nature to news to trends to hot tech in the industry.
I am selecting a team of 4 Video content creators, in charge of creating videos related to different industries
- Nature
- Tech
- Biography/History
- Trends

I want to create my own company of employees that will be in-charge of creating good content videos to be uploaded.

I will review each video for quality, audibility, presentation, sounds etc before accepting it to be posted on my channel. I will give credit to the video producers on my channel.

- I will pay for productive hours.

Budget
- £40-£50 per video (5-10mins Videos)
- £25-£35 per hour (30mins - 1hour Videos)
