I need a Spanish video editor to generate English subtitles
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
For one of the videos(15sec) it's completely in spanish. I need this video to have english subtitles generated. Preferably looking for Spanish editor that is fluent in english and can provide accurate english subtitles. i can't provide the translated text unfortunately
