creating a 1-2 min video to raise awareness for inclusion and equality in the workplace

I am part of 6 person team and we are creating a small intro video to our group and highlighting the need for inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
The idea is that I can create a script, have my team available in one location - take 1-2 hrs take some videos and then the rest to put together a short video with key messages...
