2D animation/video of a product description

I am looking to hire an individual (or company) to animate a 3.5 min video. The video is a description of a new card game.

- Audio will be provided
- Storyboard will be provided
- Most of the images will be provided

Requirements to get this project :
1) you must have prior experience and have examples of previous work for me to see
2) you must stick to your budget estimate
3) animation must be fun and in same style as the example video

Please look at the above video and provide a price quote for something similar.
You must animate the people playing the game at the table (I want similar style characters as in the example).

NOTE : the animation will be simple : stop motion animation. Please see example provided as to the style and type of animation required. Not looking for anything complicated.
