Youtube channel set up , 3 short clip videos, banner or logo creation

Hello,
I would like to do the followings for my project
1) Create a channel for my YouTube and set up the Logo and Banner etc needed (I have already a channel and needs to add a new one with the same YouTube account
2) Create short clip video (2 or 3 max) for 1 or 2 mins video to promote the channel
3) Structure it a way so that the Go Live in YouTube has the logo corner
4) Could these contents be reused to other social media like FaceBook Vimeo etc.
I need to cover these 4 items, there is no urgenncy of the project, it can take one month, no problem, O need the jobs to be done by professional manner and assist so that in future I can post my videso and contens properly.
