We are looking for a discreet, professional, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide daily hygiene and grooming accountability check-ins for an individual facing mental health challenges that impact their ability to maintain consistent personal care.

? The individual requires structured, compassionate guidance to ensure proper hygiene, grooming, and overall cleanliness. Your role is to provide gentle reminders, support, and structured check-ins, while also maintaining confidential hygiene compliance records for wellness tracking.

? This role is fully consent-based, and the individual has agreed to all check-ins. The assistant must maintain strict confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines in all interactions.

? Responsibilities:
✅ Send daily reminders to shower, change clothes, and maintain personal hygiene.
✅ Verify a fresh-worn underwear picture daily to confirm a change of clothes.
✅ Conduct a structured weekly genital hygiene check-up via video call to ensure proper hygiene is maintained.
✅ Guide and encourage personal hygiene routines, including grooming if necessary.
✅ Maintain structured, confidential hygiene compliance records.
✅ Track grooming details (e.g., facial grooming, body grooming) based on verbal reports and observations from check-ins.
✅ Ensure hygiene accountability while respecting privacy and professional boundaries.

? Requirements:

✔️ Strong communication skills – able to provide gentle but firm accountability.
