Video producer for a website launch

We are looking for a video producer + model/talent to create a short 15-20 sec clip about the launch of our website - fortrust.ph.

The talent must be a female with camera presence who can narrate the script as well. They can be on the video for at least 5-7 secs as some of the content could be snippets of our website / sceneries / team images / etc.

Storyboard & script will be provided, we just need someone to record and produce the video ad. Budget is 10-15k (depending on expertise). Please bid together with your estimated time of completion and video reel / sample works.
