Video filter in Flutter app

We are at the moment builden an Flutter app. In one part of the app we are allowing the user to create a video that can be connected to a certain creation in the app.
The video module is separate in our app and can be built by a 3 party and we can integratet in to our app. We have alreadu build a solution but we now want a video solution with more features. We need this to be done asp. Regarding the layout we can provide a Figma layout.
Importand that we are the owner of all source and that the module is built without any expensive 3P solutions. Over time we will enhance the functionality in the video module.
The module must be able to record a video with our without sound. You must be able to trim/cut frames in the video. We want the first version to have a number of filters you can add to the video, to enhance the video production in the mobile. Could be cool effects, enhancing a person or adding something to the video
