Video editing for a YT podcast and highlight reels from past streams

I run a YT channel about poker.
We do regular live streams, some other content videos, shorts and podcast.
We are looking for a graphic designer and a video editor for:
i) Creatives and thumbnails for SM and YT.
ii) Highlight reels for past streams
iii) Video edits for podcasts and other content videos
iv) New creative ideas for content and for YT/SM
