Hello everyone, I have a video editing project I need help with. The final video should be 8 to 9 minutes long and its purpose is to be educational. I do not have any specific elements in mind so I am looking for a creative videographer who is able to produce a captivating and quality video.
I am just starting my channel and tight on budget . It is 200 per video but if i like your skills and creativity then we can negotiate. They will be required to select appropriate images, music, and sound effects that won't infringe any licensed items. Experienced motion graphics and animation skills are essential because some parts of the video may require visual representation.
