Video Mailer

I need a video mailer created for a mastermind I am creating. It would be for a small quantity of about 60. The video mailer would be an invitation to attend a one-day mastermind. It will be sent to a select group of business owners. I need the video created, the copy written, the packaging printed and the mailer printed. They need to be professionally addressed and mailed.
