I’m growing a Shorts channel that serves up bite-sized daily-life facts in Hinglish, with the occasional tech or psychology gem when it fits. I need a reliable editor who can turn raw scripts and a rough voice-over into 30–40-second, 9:16 videos that keep viewers glued.
What keeps the audience watching is clear in my data: bold, animated subtitles that pop, well-timed sound effects, and smooth, seamless transitions. Every clip should feel crisp, professional, and polished—never overdone, never flat. If you already work in CapCut or Premiere Pro and understand retention-focused pacing, you’re halfway there.
Here’s the routine:
• You’ll receive the script or voice-over each day.
• Stock footage or images are fine—just make sure they suit the fact being discussed.
• Turn around one to two finished Shorts daily so I can post consistently.
This is long-term, paid monthly once we’re both happy after a sample round. When you reply, include:
1. A link to a few relevant Shorts or Reels you’ve edited.
2. The software you prefer.
3. Your monthly rate for the outlined workload.
