VIDEO SPOKESPERSON WANTED

I am looking for a personable video spokesperson who can make energetic and eyecatching videos where he/she is presenting and talking about a software product or a book, around 3 minutes per video. Needess to say, English should be fluent and flawless and should be understandable without subtitles. $30 per video, I wll need several videos, this will be an ongoing project for the right person.
