VFX for double helix shape (string rotating) in yoyo Animation -- 2

I need an CG Animator / 3D VFX artist to create a yoyo double helix effect animation for about 10-second animation. A boy is playing a yoyo and he shows to his friend what happens when he pulls the yoyo string up: the yoyo string forms a shape that looks like the DNA double helix. He shows this DNA shapes for about 10-second.

Requirement:

1. In this animation, I want to show something similar to this example at the 0.02 - 0.04 mark of the YT video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wq4yI_BIq84&t=2s
2. There animation shot is created in Maya 2022. However, if you can do this VFX without using the .ma file / assets etc, you can provide me the video layer of the VFX so we can then composite them on the final rendered video.
3. Duration is approximately 10-seconds
4. Some tracking maybe required so that the rotating double helix fits between the slight movements of the boys hand/fingers.
5. Delivery: 5 days
