Unique dialogue based 2D explainer video creation -- urgent

I need a short 2-3 minutes dialogue based explainer 2D video of my website which has to have high quality with special (not generic) characters and very unique scenario/motions.

* One video will be produced for English and copied same video for Turkish (editing study)
* Voiceovers are ready for both languages (English and Turkish, 3 voicevers are ready for both languages)
* Scenario is ready
* Characters must be unique/original (not dummy)
* Delivery deadline is maximum 3 days after awarding
