I am looking for best Streaming Developer, to setup best streaming solutions for my website. I am looking for same as this website video player.

I will upload Mp4 file into my server,
then splits multiple resolutions, they are 360p, 720p, and 1080p.
Then from those 3 videos, the app will convert them into HLS format in multiple resolutions as well.
So in the end there will be a single point of video HLS index file which will be used by video player.
video player Should deliver an adaptive video streaming which will automatically select the video resolution based on the network quality.
