Slow motion Video Ease in acceleration and ease-out.

Hello - I have a single 10-second clip that needs a gentle motion ease-in at the very beginning and a matching ease-out at the end. I assume this can be done by splitting up the frames at the beginning to repeat themselves in decreasing number and do the same in reverse for the end.
For example, using Photosthop to input a video and making the first frame repeat 7 times - the second frame by 6 times - the third frame 5 times - the fourth frame 4 times - the fifth frame 3 times - the sixth frame 2 times. While I could do this myself in probably less than an hour - if you have access to slow motion AI software that can automatically interpret and add in-between images that would be the best, but not essential. The attached MP4 shows a few seconds of the starting video. BTW, its a 3D rendering of a pancreatic islet.
