İdeal aday, video içeriğinin tonuna ve tarzına uyum sağlayabilecek net, etkileyici ve ilgi çekici bir sese sahip olmalıdır. Görev, Türkçe senaryoları doğal ve profesyonel bir tonlamayla okuyup kaydetmeyi; böylece hedef kitle için akıcı ve anlaşılır bir anlatım sağlamayı içerir. Dublaj, senaryo okuma veya seslendirme konularında deneyim şarttır. Ayrıca mükemmel diksiyon ve yorumlama becerileri gereklidir. Çalışma uzaktan gerçekleştirilebilir, ancak adayın yüksek kaliteli ses kaydı sağlayacak profesyonel ses ekipmanına sahip olması gerekir.
