'Reuse content issue' should be resolved in monetizing video

Looking for someone to make youtube videos on the topic of cops getting owned compilations with a guarantee of it being approved for monetization. If it works out you can be my video person moving forward! These videos must be copyright free and should be good to go for applying to get monetized. Should be 18 - 20 mins long. I need 3 videos a week and in total 12 videos. Can you guarantee the videos you make will get approved for monetization when I apply to get monetized?
