Remove Lampshade Seam Video
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have a short product clip—under 30 seconds—shot in 1080p and supplied as a MOV. Everything looks great except for a distraction: the seam on the lampshade is clearly visible.
Your task is to cleanly retouch that seam so it blends perfectly with the rest of the shade, without altering the light fall-off, texture, or color of the scene. I’ll provide the original MOV, and I’d like the finished piece returned in the same resolution and codec (or a high-quality, visually lossless alternative if you need to round-trip through After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
Note that there are multiple shots of the same lampshade in the video - they all need to be retouched so it looks flawless throughout the whole video. Acceptance is simple: when I play the final 1080p clip full-screen, the seam should be imperceptible and there should be no tell-tale artifacts from masking, cloning, or motion tracking. Attached is a screenshot showing the seam on the lampshade. Let me know if you need a reference frame or any additional assets.
