We need a fast, story-smart editor to join the team

This is not a basic CapCut job.
This is about learning and creating reels that builds trust, hooks attention, and grows real businesses.

Your Role:
1. Edit 2 reels per day with fast turnaround
2. Follow story structure (hook → body → CTA)
3. Add music, risers, pacing that hold attention
4. Execute based on reference + style
5. Deliver clean first cuts with minimal revision

You Need To Be:
1. Fast with Alright Motion/CapCut/FCP/Premiere/DaVinci
2. Obsessed with scroll behaviour, hook theory, viral formats
3. Comfortable learning fast, working under feedback
4. Reliable AF with deadlines
