Professional Video making from Script - For Training

Hi All,
Need a video to train RSA advisors on a basic framework:
I’ve the entire script in English and Hindi and the requirement is two video with different languages. (Indian English & Hindi)
You have to make a story where the framework is easily visible in any part of the video and give an idea to the learner that these part of framework is left and these are over.
The framework acronym is GREAT -
Where G as in Greeting, R as in Respond, E as in Empathy, A as in Action, T as in thank you.
These acronym must be visible in the video as active on which part is being played.
The video must present the best suitable characters which pose some resemblance with Roadside assistance. Also, the framework GREAT where G as in Greeting etc should be well depicted in the video where someone greets the customer in a road side assistance environment. The video must be made while keeping in mind that every picture and description is related to RSA and the agents of RSA can relate to it.
Please do share a basic example video on the parameter I mentioned and let me know if there are any additional details required, once approved will share the script along with company logo for reference.
