Product installation video editing

I'm the Marketing Manager for a Fire safety company, we sell and manufacture door retainers, that hold open fire doors compliantly and release the door when the fire alarm sounds. We have an extensive range of products, offering acoustic, radio, and software options. We are currently running a project to ensure that all products within our range are installed and maintained correctly.
Dealing with a product at a time, we have filmed a suite of product installation and troubleshooting videos, to share on YouTube, our company website and with our customers, to show how to install our products correctly.
All videos must be simple to understand and must be easy to follow. All videos must be edited to our brand guidelines and work instructions that will be provided by us. Each video must have branded title and end cards and have SRT files created to make sure they are subtitled.
We currently have 52 videos that need editing - 12 for one product and 40 for another product that can be fitted to the doors in 4 different ways.
I'm looking for a quote to see how much this product would cost me to tender out of my organisation.
