Platform Architecture for Video Project

I am currently preparing to build a web platform which integrates live two-way video calls (via Zoom or other), video streaming via a video library, and a watch party feature which allows people to schedule on-demand videos in a watch party setting. This platform will then need to integrate into partner's technology platforms, as well as be accessed by individual users on the front-end. You can see a draft outline of the platform below, with necessary features.

I am currently looking for an architect skilled in video dev to complete the platform architecture plan.
