Panopto Lecture Download & Slide Extraction (hourly)

Please read the project description before bidding. I consider all bid proposals so don't waste my time on a fake bid. Specify total number of hours required since this is important bid criteria. This is just a download (stream ripping) but needs to be done properly
I need help downloading video lectures from Panopto. The key requirements are:

- Downloading the lectures in MP4 format: I expect the freelancer to download each lecture as an MP4 file. I care about the presentation screen if you can rip its stream. You can also screen capture.
- Extracting video slides as images: I would like the video slides to be extracted and saved as separate image files.
- Ensuring chapter/section integrity: I want the freelancer to ensure that the chapters or sections of the lectures are maintained and organized with each video lecture.
- Don't download lecture 1 and 8 (I have them already)

Please note that I prioritize the video slides being saved as images and maintaining the lecture's structure.
