I need help downloading video lectures from Panopto. The key requirements are:
- Downloading the lectures in MP4 format: I expect the freelancer to download each lecture as an MP4 file.
- Extracting video slides as images: I would like the video slides to be extracted and saved as separate image files.
- Ensuring chapter/section integrity: I want the freelancer to ensure that the chapters or sections of the lectures are maintained and organized with each video lecture.
