Looking for: Video Editor - YouTube Shorts -- 2
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am looking to hire a video editor for my starting video editing agency, who is going to be able to take my clients' long-form YouTube videos and turn them into engaging YouTube shorts.
Required skills:
1. The ability to watch my clients' YouTube videos that can be anywhere between 3-60 minutes (usually 7-20 minutes though) and pick the BEST MOMENTS from them. This is very important because you will be using these moments to create interesting and engaging shorts that will get a lot of views.
2. The ability to process these best moments in a video editing software (you can use software of your choice) and turn them into YouTube shorts - short clips that are between 15 and 60 seconds long.
3. The ability to add captions to the shorts and do basic text editing like pick a suitable font, highlight key words and sometimes slightly tilt the text to keep viewers' attention.
4. The ability to make the shorts more engaging by properly utilizing cuts, adding pictures of what is being talked about, adding emojis to express emotions, adding b-roll footage (extra footage that isn't from the original video) and adding copyright-free music when appropriate.
5. The ability to create the shorts quickly, so I can deliver them to my clients as soon as possible. When I send you a video to edit, I expect you to turn it into shorts within 24 hours.

Financial reward:
You will be paid on a monthly basis per each client you will manage. One client usually wants to have 30 shorts made per month. You can take on only one client but if you are able to take on multiple clients I will prefer that.
Caveat:
Because the agency is just starting, I am still trying to determine the correct pricing. I want you to let me know how much you expect to be paid each month for making 30 shorts the way I described above. Your response must include this piece of information, so that I know that you read this job post in its entirety. I am expecting to make a final decision about who to hire in the next few weeks.
If you can immediately show me some examples of work you have done in the past, I highly prefer that.
