I’m building a small content agency and looking for a skilled & reliable video editor for long-term work.
This is NOT a one-time gig.
If you’re consistent and professional, you’ll get regular projects.

What You’ll Edit:

Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
Talking-head videos
Podcast clips
Basic motion graphics & subtitles
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Strong sense of pacing & cuts
Knows subtitles, hooks, zooms, transitions
Can follow clear instructions exactly
Fast delivery (24–48 hrs max)
No excuses, no disappearing

Rules (Very Important):

You will NOT communicate with clients directly
All work & communication goes through me
Revisions are part of the job
Quality & consistency > creativity
Payment:
₹ 6k - 7k per month (fixed)
More work + better pay for good performance.
