Livestream/Video Intro and Outro

I am looking for a talented freelancer to create a dynamic and energetic livestream/video intro and outro. I have some ideas to bring to the table but am open to anything the freelancer can come up with. The length of both the intro and outro should not exceed 30 seconds. We are a YouTube channel focusing the Canadian political landscape, and we are unable to reveal out identities due to the risk of being removed from my current position. Our code names are Cipher and Fox, and the channel is named Northern Perspective.
