Lip-reading and transcribing 16 minute video

I have a video from a video conferencing platform in which my audio did not record. The video is edited so that only my face is shown, although the voices of the two other participants can be heard. I am primarily directly facing my webcam, although a couple times my face is at a slight angle. The video is 16 minutes long, and I need someone who can lip read and provide in a separate document the text of what I was saying.
