We are looking for a creative, reliable long-term editor who understands story pacing, emotional timing, and engaging visuals.
Content Type: Long-form videos (10–15 minutes)
Commission: Long-term collaboration
Sample Required: Yes
Trial
You will start with a 30-second paid trial ($10, paid if you are hired).
If your style fits the channel, we immediately move to full videos.
Job Details
We are building a consistent schedule of 2 videos per week (~15 minutes each).
The content style is dynamic cartoon storytelling, so the editor must be able to:
• Maintain strong pacing and storytelling.
• Use sound effects & music to enhance emotion.
• Keep viewers engaged with smooth edits.
• Add creative visual elements where needed.
• Create animations and motion effects to bring scenes to life
Pay
$7 per finished minute
Example:
15 minute video = $105
We reward editors who perform well:
• Performance bonus for exceptional edits
• Pay increases over time for consistent quality
• Priority work (more videos per week)
• Opportunity to become the main long-term editor
