Tengo dos videos que necesito editar y unir para crear un manual de usuario en video para una aplicación web de administración de propiedades. Ya grabé todo, y tengo un guión creado, pero necesito que alguien me ayude con la edición final.

---- Qué necesito: ----
- Edición básica y recortes:
- Recortar los momentos donde no ocurre nada relevante o hay pausas largas sin explicación.
- Cortar el final del video donde ya no se muestra nada útil.
- Eliminar cualquier parte donde se vea mi escritorio, Gmail, WhatsApp Web u otra app personal (aparecen unos flashes por ahí).
-Difuminar un nombre de usuario que se muestra durante el inicio de sesión.

---- Audio y subtítulos:- ---
- Eliminar cualquier audio original si lo hay.
- Agregar música de fondo con volumen bajo, que sea royalty free (adjunto un .mp3 para esto).
- Incluir subtítulos con letra clara y legible en todo el video, explicando lo que se va mostrando según el guión.

- Resolución: Full HD (1920x1080).
- No se necesitan efectos ni transiciones elaboradas, solo cortes limpios.
- Incluir una portada al inicio del video con datos sobre el manual y una portada para créditos al final

Video Editing for User Manual (Private Internal System)

I have two videos that need to be edited and combined into a user manual video for a web-based property management application. Everything is already recorded, and I have a script prepared — I just need someone to help with the final editing.

What I need:

- Basic editing and trimming:
- Trim moments where nothing relevant is happening or there are long pauses without explanation.
- Cut off the end of the video where nothing useful is shown anymore.
- Remove any parts where my desktop, Gmail, WhatsApp Web, or other personal apps are accidentally visible (some flashes might appear).
- Blur out a username that shows up during login.

Audio and subtitles:

- Remove any original audio if present.
- Add low-volume background music (royalty free). I’ll provide an .mp3 file for this.
- Add clear and easy-to-read subtitles throughout the video, following the provided script.

Final format:

- Resolution: Full HD (1920x1080).
- No need for fancy transitions or effects — just clean cuts.
- Add an intro screen with the manual’s title and an outro screen with credits/info at the end.
