Hong Kong Rental Inspection Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a reliable freelancer who can physically visit a rental flat in Hong Kong for me, and record a video of the place so i can see it. I need a video of the entrance, inside the building getting to the flat, and the inside of the flat itself.
Since im not in Hong Kong, i need to see how the place and neighborhood looks before renting it.
The flat is in the Kwun Tong area.
During the walkthrough, pay close attention to overall cleanliness (dust, mould, odours, stains, pest traces) and test anything a tenant would use daily. That includes flushing toilets, running taps and showers, checking water pressure and drainage, inspecting seals and grout, and switching the heating/air-conditioning on and off to confirm it powers up, cools/heats properly and doesn’t make unusual noises.
Please document everything clearly:
• A short written summary highlighting any issues or confirming things look good.
• At least 15 well-lit photos plus a few quick video clips covering bathrooms, kitchen sink area, air-con units, floors and ceilings.
• A simple checklist noting the working status of each bathroom fixture and all heating/cooling systems you switched on.
Fluency in English is essential.
