Hindi Video Editing Project — Informative | Social Media Friendly | For India-Based Desktop Editors

Hi there,

I’m looking for a reliable and experienced desktop-based video editor from India to edit a 10–12 minute Hindi video in a clean, informative style that’s suitable for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

Project Details:
- Edit a 10 to 12-minute Hindi video based on voiceover and script
- Add suitable background music (BGM) to enhance viewer engagement
- Insert stock videos, visuals, and images according to the script content
- Prioritize use of relevant video clips, use images only when needed
- Use smooth transitions, light text animations, and a clean editing flow
- (Optional) Add clear Hindi subtitles
- Final output must be in HD or UHD (MP4, H.264), ready for upload
- From the same video, create 2–3 short clips (30–60 seconds each) for Shorts/Reels
- The editor may see me in some on-camera clips — please maintain good sync and clarity

Important Requirements:
- Only desktop/laptop users allowed — mobile editors not accepted
- Only use professional software: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Do not overuse AI-generated visuals — manual, creative editing is preferred
- Visuals and videos must be accurately matched to the script’s theme and points
(The video should not drift from the script’s tone or message)

Content Policy & Copyright:
- Use only royalty-free or properly licensed music, footage, and images
- If any paid asset is used, license proof or link must be shared
- All content must be original and safe for monetization on social platforms

Copyright Claim Support:
If any platform (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) raises a copyright claim:
- The freelancer must provide explanation and license proof if needed
- This helps the client file a proper dispute to clear the claim
- If the claim negatively affects monetization, the freelancer must support resolution

Ownership Clause:
- Once the final payment is made and the video is delivered,
the freelancer has no ownership rights over the project
- No watermark, branding, or personal signature is allowed in the video

Confidentiality:
This is a private and client-owned project.
Script, voiceover, and final content must not be reused or shared anywhere.

Communication & Language:
- Preferred languages: Hindi or simple English
- Project updates and communication should be regular and transparent

Revisions:
- 1–2 minor revisions expected after the first draft
- Edits must be made according to reasonable feedback

Payment Terms:
- This project will follow a Milestone Payment System
- An initial milestone (₹200–₹300) may be created for demo/sample work
- Further payments will be released step-by-step (First draft, Shorts, Final delivery)
- Final payment only after full satisfactory delivery
- Part payments (10–30%) during the process can be considered if agreed upon
