Key Responsibilities:
1) Edit daily life vlogs for YouTube in a casual and engaging style.
2) Create and optimize YouTube Shorts from full-length vlogs.
3) Add subtitles and translate videos into multiple languages for a broader audience.
4) Ensure smooth transitions, proper pacing, and high-quality visuals.
5) Deliver videos in a short turnaround time without compromising quality.
Ideal Candidate:
1) A master in video editing with a strong portfolio of engaging content.
2) Proven experience editing casual-style vlogs and short-form content.
3) Understands YouTube algorithms and engagement strategies for better reach.
4) Fluent in Hindi (to work with raw footage) and located in India (preferred).
5) Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and pacing skills.
6) Long-term availability to edit 3 videos per week.
Required Skills & Experience:
1) Proficiency in professional video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
2) Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and sound design.
3) Ability to color grade, add effects, and enhance audio for a polished look.

5) Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work consistently.
