Freelancer in Delhi

Hello I am looking to hire a freelancer based in Delhi to take very short videos (10-15 seconds each) of some of the famous historic places in Delhi (10-12 places in total). The videos can be shot on mobile phone as long as the video resolution is 4K and the video is steady (without shaking or jerks). There is an opportunity for continued work in the future since I am looking to open more related projects.
