Facebook/Insta short videos, Social Media content Creation (Please read the requirement)

Have to create short videos (30 sec - 5mins) from the youtube videos we will provide. (Niche: Travel)
Short video types: Places to visit, Things to do, landmarks of that area, etc.
Add subtitles and edit properly the whole video.
We will need the whole video ready with everything included.
We are looking for a long-term contract so please bid as per that.
Please share the work you have already done.
Please only bid if you can communicate verbally and can join google meet before hiring.
Tamil and English fluency is required, both languages are compulsory.
