Energetic Animations & Abstract Overlays Video Creator -- 2

I am looking for a video editor who can do green screen animations And also edit video clips into one that will match audio or voiceovers that are provided, we will be providing related assets and information which are required in order to be combined into one video. This is for a social media ad campaign which advertises ink toners.

**Although the video contains a person narrating the video I need something more out of the box and new without a person but with only my voice over something that goes like a raffle draw ad or something like that with interesting animations and also something like you open the toner box and there is a fresh drive of some sorts**
