Easy $200: Sit in Your Car & Record a 2-Hour Video (Milan, MI - Monday AM)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
PROJECT TITLE:
Urgent: 1-2 Hour Legal Documentation / Videography (Milan, MI - Monday Morning)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Overview: I need a reliable local videographer, private investigator, or gig-worker (Uber/Lyft driver) with a high-quality smartphone camera (iPhone 13+ or Android equivalent) or DSLR to record the front gate of a facility for 1 to 2 hours on Monday morning.
The Location: FCI Milan - 4004 E. Arkona Rd, Milan, MI. (Park legally across the street with a clear line of sight to the main release gates/pedestrian exit).
Date & Time: Monday, March 2, 2026. You must be parked, in position, and actively recording by 7:45 AM. The standard recording window will be up to 9:45 AM.
The Objective: At exactly 8:00 AM, the federal government is legally scheduled to release a 100% disabled, medically vulnerable combat veteran. The facility is attempting to execute a "ghost release" by dumping a brain-injured patient suffering from polypharmacy withdrawal directly onto the pavement without the required medical transport. I need continuous, unedited video documentation of the gate to capture the exact moment they push him out the door. This footage is for a federal tort claim and active civil litigation.
Strict Safety Protocols (READ CAREFULLY):
Stay in your vehicle. Do not get out of your car for any reason.
Keep your windows rolled up. The facility currently has an uncontrolled, highly contagious scabies (skin parasite) outbreak. The subject being released is actively infected. Do not offer him a ride. Do not let him in your car.
Do not interact with the guards. You are on public property/a public roadway. You have the First Amendment right to film a federal facility from the street. If approached, state you are an independent contractor gathering b-roll.
Budget & Overtime Contingency:
Base Pay: $150 - $250 (Fixed price for the initial 2-hour window of sitting in your car).
The "Delay" Clause: Federal facilities frequently play games and attempt to delay controversial releases. If the facility spots your camera and attempts to stall the release past 9:45 AM, I will pay an hourly overtime rate for you to stay on station and stay in contact with me. They cannot hold him forever. You will be compensated to out-wait them.
Deliverables: One continuous, unedited, raw video file (MP4/MOV) capturing the gate and any individuals exiting. Upload directly via a secure Dropbox or Google Drive link immediately after the job is complete.
